Our services involve a one-time payment based on the plan you select (Essential or Premium). This payment grants you lifetime access and hosting for your digital wedding invitation, subject to these terms.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to our platform, including images, videos, music, and text.

• Ownership: You represent that you own the rights or have the necessary licenses for all content you upload.
• Hosting Only: Our Digital Vows acts strictly as a hosting platform. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, no questions asked, by reaching out to support. Please note that refund requests must be made before your wedding date. Once the wedding has occurred, our service is considered fully delivered and no refunds will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

The "Our Digital Vows" brand, website design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Our Digital Vows. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our Digital Vows is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any interruptions in availability.
